The Adidas indoor cycling shoe became the fastest developed sports shoe at Adidas. We had the deadline to make it to market in 7 months rather than the usual 18-month timeline for a performance product. Working alongside Adidas’ development team we were able to achieve this goal by working in 3D modelling software from start to finish in the design process. Using 3D modelling to submit tech packs to the factory allowed us to speed up development as there was little confusion over what the factory needed to deliver.
